About The Position

As a Mechanic at TAG, you’ll maintain and repair an exciting variety of vehicles, including snowmobiles, quads, side-by-sides, snowcats, light-duty vehicles, and buses. This role is perfect for someone with strong small-engine skills, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a replacement role for one of our senior mechanics, offering a chance to work in a supportive team that values skill, safety, and adventure.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a mechanic
• Strong small engine repair skills
• Experience with snowmobiles and side-by-sides
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Passion for safety, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience
• Heavy-duty diesel repair knowledge

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a diverse fleet of vehicles, including: Snowmobiles, Quads, Side-by-sides, Snowcat, Light-duty vehicles, Bus fleet
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment meet safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth operations
• Contribute to a positive, safe, and fun work environment
