About The Position

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and train Meat Department employees.
• Organize Meat Department duties and maintain positive customer relations.
• Support training and development of Meat Department employees.
• Log and process invoices and take inventory.
• Control expenses and enforce company policies.
• Help in any capacity needed within the department.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
• Ensure product pricing and labeling are accurate.
