Responsibilities

• Cut and trim meat to company standards for retail sale.
• Interact with customers daily and share food knowledge with customers and Team Members.
• Follow food safety, safety, and sanitation policies.
• Support daily department operations, merchandising, and quality control of department offerings.
• Drive department sales while managing shrink and expenses.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
