About The Position

Join the Fresh Foods team in the Meat Department to provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized department, and ensure fresh products are well-stocked and attractively displayed. The role focuses on creating a positive shopping experience while working in a supportive team environment. Proper training and protective equipment will be provided for assigned tasks requiring special handling.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Food Handlers Certification.

Nice To Haves

• Experience handling and preparing meat products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Maintain product displays and ensure freshness and quality standards are met.
• Keep the meat department clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and support ordering as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and dress code.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, such as stocking shelves or cleaning the department.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned to support store operations.
