About The Position

Join the Fresh Foods team in the Meat Department to provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and organized department, and ensure fresh products are well-stocked and attractively displayed. The role focuses on creating a positive shopping experience while working in a supportive team environment. Management may assign additional tasks to support store operations. Employees will receive proper training and protective equipment for assigned tasks requiring special handling.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Food Handlers Certification is required.
• Friendly, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Experience handling and preparing meat products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Maintain product displays and ensure freshness and quality standards are met.
• Keep the meat department clean, organized, and well-stocked.
