About The Position

The Sales Specialist 1 drives sales and provides excellent customer service in the hot food deli department, focusing on promoting and merchandising products. The role includes preparing and serving hot food, maintaining the deli area, replenishing inventory, following food safety guidelines, and operating the point-of-sale system. Management may assign additional duties to support store operations. Employees receive training and protective equipment for assigned tasks requiring special handling.
