About The Position

This part-time position involves delivering nutritious meals and providing a daily wellness check to vulnerable older adults who are facing hunger and isolation. Drivers will have a job that balances time alone in their own car with making connections with seniors. Routes are available in Newton, Framingham, and Natick.

Requirements

• A reliable car.
• Current driver's license.
• Safe driving record.
• Must be able to lift 25lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Enjoy working with older adults.
• Comfortable and/or working knowledge of computer applications (e-mail, data entry).

Nice To Haves

• Some experience with technology (i.e. iPad, iPhone).
• Some experience with older adults.
• Knowledge of geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutritious meals to vulnerable older adults.
• Provide a daily wellness check to seniors.
• Make connections with seniors in need of seeing a friendly face.
