About The Position

Infoverity is seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design, architecture, and technical delivery of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The role develops scalable solutions that support data quality, governance, and integration across enterprise systems, and helps clients build trusted, AI-ready data ecosystems. MDM solutions are integrated with cloud platforms, data lakes, and analytics architectures to provide reliable data for analytics and machine learning initiatives. The Architect advises clients on business challenges and technical requirements, leads MDM and PIM solution architecture, oversees configuration and deployment, and mentors junior consultants and technical teams. The role also performs complex development and configuration, conducts match-tuning exercises with clients, documents solution architecture and governance, and works with quality assurance teams to validate solution outputs. It can be performed remotely; relocation to central Ohio is not necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience architecting, configuring, and deploying MDM solutions with Informatica IDMC.
Deep knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling for domains such as Customer, Product, Vendor, or Location.
Working knowledge of party and location domain data and the ability to model it for operational and analytics use cases.
Extensive experience integrating with leading CRM and ERP solutions.
Experience integrating with leading DaaS platforms.
Solid background building ETL, API, and real-time integration solutions connecting MDM hubs with operational systems, analytics platforms, and AI pipelines.
Proficiency with modern data platforms and engineering tools, including Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or SQL.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to translate technical designs into business outcomes and demonstrate the value of MDM/PIM solutions.
Consulting experience, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements from strategy through implementation.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to analyze business challenges, define technical requirements, and develop solution blueprints.
Guide clients in designing MDM workflows and governance processes, and explain how MDM supports data strategies aligned with analytics and AI goals.
Serve as the primary architect for MDM solutions, designing data models, workflows, hierarchies, and matching and merging schemas.
Develop architecture patterns and best practices for accurate, complete, and consistent enterprise data.
Align MDM architectures with modern data strategies and integrate them with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
Oversee MDM configuration and deployment in alignment with governance and AI-readiness requirements.
Mentor junior consultants and technical teams in MDM and data quality processes.
Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, governance processes, and user guidelines.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to establish solution testing frameworks and verify metadata, integration, and data quality standards.
Perform complex development and configuration.
Conduct match-tuning exercises with clients.
Design MDM workflows and governance structures with data quality checks, validation rules, and stewardship processes.
Enable lineage tracking and metadata management to make data traceable and reliable for analytics and AI platforms.
Lead post-implementation evaluations to identify improvements to governance, data quality, and AI readiness.
Promote a data-first, AI-ready mindset within client organizations.
