About The Position

The Enterprise MDM Specialist will help plan, configure, implement, and support MSDH’s enterprise mobile and endpoint management environment using Microsoft Intune, Azure/Entra, Apple Business Manager, and Android Enterprise. The role includes modernization and migration support, troubleshooting, security policy implementation, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer. The consultant will also provide recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on Microsoft Intune and endpoint management experience.
• Enterprise mobile device management (MDM) implementation experience.
• Strong Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory experience.
• Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE experience.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access.
• Experience with compliance policies and device security policies.
• M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
• Experience troubleshooting device enrollment, synchronization, and compliance issues.
• Experience with Apple and Android Enterprise environments.
• Technical documentation and knowledge transfer experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
