About The Position
The contractor will plan, configure, implement, and support the client’s mobile device management and endpoint management environment using Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune. The work includes modernizing and streamlining the client’s mobile device deployment and management processes in collaboration with client IT staff. The contractor will provide migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and implementation recommendations aligned with federal and client security standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Experience implementing mobile device management solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
- Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.
- Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
- Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
- Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to client staff.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in state government or public-sector environments.
- Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.
- Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards.
- Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure, or endpoint management.
- Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Responsibilities

- Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, and security baselines.
- Integrate Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
- Support migrations and troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
- Document technical processes and provide knowledge transfer to client staff.
- Recommend implementation approaches aligned with federal and client security standards.
- Collaborate with client IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management processes.
