About The Position

The Senior Project Manager will lead the architecture and delivery of Reltio MDM and Reltio Data Cloud solutions, managing master data across customer, location, product, and supplier domains. The role calls for extensive enterprise data management experience and a proven record of delivering large-scale MDM programs. The successful candidate will combine technical expertise, leadership, and a strategic mindset to implement Reltio MDM solutions, maintain data integrity and quality, and support better decision-making and operational efficiency.

Requirements

12–15 years of enterprise data management experience.
Hands-on architecture and delivery experience with large-scale MDM programs.
Strong implementation experience with Reltio MDM / Reltio Data Cloud.
Deep knowledge of multidomain data modeling and data quality management.
Experience with Reltio APIs, JSON, SQL, and data integration patterns.
Ability to create architecture diagrams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Experience integrating Reltio with cloud platforms and data lakes/warehouses.
Working knowledge of security, privacy, governance, and Agile delivery.
Reltio certification.
Experience with Reltio Integration Hub.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end architecture and delivery of Reltio MDM solutions.
Lead discovery workshops and translate business and data governance requirements into scalable solution designs.
Design entity, relationship, interaction, and reference data models, including attributes and source mappings.
Define and optimize data quality rules to create trusted golden records while minimizing duplicates.
Architect integrations using Reltio REST APIs and establish error handling and monitoring processes.
Design workflows for data review, merge/unmerge, and exception management.
Establish security architecture covering roles, access controls, and auditability.
Define DevSecOps and CI/CD practices for version-controlled Reltio configuration.
Guide performance tuning, capacity planning, and production support.
Provide technical leadership through design reviews and mentoring.
