About The Position

The Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst will analyze, design, and support enterprise MDM solutions across customer, supplier, product, and location domains. The role is responsible for helping ensure data integrity and quality across the organization. The position is located in Dallas, TX, and is listed for a duration of 12+ months.

Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of experience.
• Strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) principles and practices.
• Proficiency in basic SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Proven experience delivering scalable solutions in Agile methodology environments.

Responsibilities

• Profile source data to assess quality and suitability for MDM initiatives.
• Define data models, mappings, validation rules, match-and-merge logic, and survivorship logic.
• Execute data cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and remediation processes.
• Monitor data-quality KPIs and conduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve data issues.
• Collaborate with business data owners, stewards, architects, and application teams to establish governance standards, metadata, reference data, workflows, and access controls.
• Support integrations, testing, releases, and production incidents to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide audit evidence, documentation, and user training to enhance data management practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and governance.
