About The Position

Schomp Automotive is hiring a full-time Mazda Service Advisor for its location at 90 Havana St, Aurora, CO 80010. The Service Team focuses on guest experience and providing a high level of hospitality. This role initiates automotive services and repairs, investigates customers’ reported vehicle problems, prepares repair orders, and maintains customer rapport throughout the service process. The stated pay range is $65,000–$95,000 per year, with compensation varying based on factors that may include location, experience, and performance. Requirements

Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is required.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

Initiate automotive services and repairs by identifying performance problems and the services requested.
Troubleshoot vehicle problems by listening to and clarifying customers’ descriptions of symptoms, conducting inspections and test drives, checking maintenance records, and examining service schedules.
Prepare repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, discovered causes, and required repairs and services.
Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected vehicle return times, obtaining approval of estimates, exchanging contact numbers, answering questions and concerns, and arranging towing and temporary transportation.
