About The Position

Amcor is hiring a Material Handler for its Shelbyville plant. This role supports production by loading and unloading trailers, moving and staging materials throughout the plant and warehouse, and maintaining accurate records. The Material Handler inspects materials received from prior operations for accuracy and conformance to specifications, follows safe operating procedures and EHS and good manufacturing practice guidelines, completes required documentation, assists with training team members, communicates with supervisors, maintenance, and coworkers, maintains housekeeping standards, and supports process improvements. The schedule is a 12-hour 2-2-3 night shift, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Pay is $19–$21 per hour, plus a $1.50-per-hour night shift premium. Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours over 40 per week. The posting describes a team-driven environment and opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

Responsibilities
