About The Position

McKesson is hiring a part-time Material Handler for its Distribution Center. The role supports warehouse order fulfillment by moving efficiently to help ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. The posting describes a high-paced, professional work environment and provides on-the-job training for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. Available schedule: Sunday 7:00 p.m.–3:00 a.m. and Monday–Thursday 10:00 p.m.–3:00 a.m., with either Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday off. The starting night-shift pay rate is $20.60 per hour, with base pay increasing up to $21.78 per hour within the first 12 months. Eligible Material Handlers may also earn performance-based incentive pay; top performers may earn approximately $1.75 per hour in incentive pay. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, though shifts may change and be discussed during the interview. During high-demand periods, employees may need to work beyond scheduled hours.

Requirements

Entry-level experience.
Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the distance varies by shift.
Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance during a shift; the weight varies based on the product.
