Material Handler - Full Time Shifts
About The Position
McKesson is hiring entry-level warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. Material Handlers support order fulfillment by moving efficiently to ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. The role offers afternoon or night shifts, with schedules ending upon completion on some shifts. Starting pay is $18.90 per hour, with base pay increasing to as much as $19.97 during the first 12 months. Eligible employees may also earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to approximately $1.75 per hour. The position includes on-the-job training and certification for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled hours; schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance.
Requirements
- Entry-level experience.
- Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds without assistance throughout a shift.
