About The Position

McKesson is hiring dynamic and motivated warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. Material Handlers support effective order fulfillment by working efficiently to ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately. The role includes on-the-job training and certification to operate power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation. Afternoon shifts include Monday through Friday, starting at 1:00 p.m. until completion, or Monday and Friday starting at 1:00 p.m. and Tuesday through Thursday starting at 2:00 p.m. until completion. Night shifts include Sunday through Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. or until completion, or Sunday 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. and Monday through Thursday 5:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. or until completion. Starting pay is $18.90 per hour for either shift, with base pay increasing up to $19.97 during the first 12 months. Eligible Material Handlers may also earn performance-based incentive pay, with top performers earning up to about $1.75 per hour. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance, though employees may occasionally need to work beyond scheduled times during periods of high demand. Available shifts may change and will be discussed at the interview.

Requirements

Entry-level experience.
Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds throughout a shift without assistance.

Responsibilities

Move efficiently throughout the shift to support accurate and timely shipment of products through effective order fulfillment.
Complete on-the-job training and certifications for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.
