About The Position

McKesson is hiring warehouse associates for its Distribution Center. Material Handlers help ensure healthcare products are shipped quickly and accurately through efficient order fulfillment. The position is described as entry-level and includes on-the-job training to certify employees to drive power industrial equipment, perform specialized processes, and operate advanced automation.

The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The starting pay rate is $19.78 per hour, with possible additional incentives based on shift and equipment operation; eligible employees may also participate in a company incentive plan. Available shifts may change and will be discussed during the interview. During periods of high demand, employees may need to work beyond scheduled times. Schedules are generally shared two weeks in advance.

Requirements

• Entry-level experience.
• Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift; the number of steps varies by shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 20 to 50 pounds throughout a shift without assistance; product weights vary.

• Move efficiently during the shift to support timely and accurate shipment of products through effective order fulfillment.
• Complete on-the-job training and certification for power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and advanced automation.
