The role supports effective material planning, production, release, finance, and other processes by processing change requests and performing impact analyses or feasibility studies. This includes assessing technical feasibility from input documents and system knowledge, and potentially conducting tests in a development environment. The analyst manages master data changes and creations in accordance with applicable procedures, verifies supplied data against technical specifications and instructions, and serves as a point of contact for master-data troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and sIDMa questions or incidents. The role also prepares and adjusts work instructions, guides and trains new analysts, serves as a system key user, performs user acceptance testing, and supports global master data initiatives and process improvements. The position coordinates site-level master data changes, including changes associated with large projects affecting system data setup. It works closely with Planning, Operations, Tech Ops, Process Engineers, Bio-TD, Finance, Warehousing, Quality Assurance, and sIDMa users, and communicates with other sites. The analyst is expected to comply with cGMP and safety regulations and support site initiatives related to safety, health, environment, Credo, D&I, Faster Forward, and cost savings.
