About The Position

The Local QC Lab Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Data Load is responsible for accurately setting up and loading master data into the global Laboratory Information Management System (gLIMS), following global guidelines and data principles. The role supports data integrity and helps establish local structures for ongoing data management. The specialist will load initial required master data into gLIMS, including consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and Laboratory Execution System (LES) templates. The role also involves local data cleansing and developing site-level work instructions for executing global processes. Ongoing local data management support is expected, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role within the local LIMS Office.

Requirements

Proven data management experience, including direct familiarity with master data setup and loading processes.
Proficiency using LIMS or similar data management systems.
Strong understanding of QC laboratory operations and associated data requirements.
Ability to develop clear, concise, and structured local work instructions and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills to maintain data accuracy and quality standards.

Nice To Haves

Direct experience with Laboratory Execution Systems (LES).
