About The Position

Morgan & Morgan is growing its Mass Arbitration practice and is hiring an attorney to work directly with their lead attorney. This role involves identifying cases worth pursuing and managing them through the arbitration process. Mass arbitration combines plaintiff-side litigation, high-volume case operations, and strategic advocacy against large corporate defendants. The practice focuses on coordinating across thousands of individual claimants and requires attorneys who are organized, intellectually curious, and motivated to win.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Active bar license in good standing
Familiarity with how Mass Arbitrations work, including factors driving viability
Knowledge of alternative dispute resolution, including AAA/JAMS consumer rules and common defendant tactics
Background in mass arbitrations, consumer protection, data privacy, class actions, or any plaintiff-side high-volume practice
Ability to analyze contracts and identify potential legal avenues
Exceptional research and writing skills

Responsibilities

Help find potential targets, including consumer contracts and arbitration clauses, data breaches, junk fees, and enforcement activity.
Analyze agreements, focusing on delegation clauses, mass-action waivers, batching protocols, fee-shifting, and administrator designation.
Develop new legal theories applicable to existing cases.
Write go/no-go analyses clearly stating the strengths and weaknesses of potential cases.
Litigate cases through the arbitration process, addressing both procedural and substantive issues.
Work directly with a lead Mass Arbitration attorney to help guide strategy and the future of the practice.
