About The Position

This is a student employment opportunity within the Office of Community Engagement at Masonicare. The intern will focus on special projects, researching industry trends, preparing reports, and supporting process improvement efforts. The role involves collaboration with other departments and assistance with leadership meetings and special events. This position is designated as Federal Work-Study.

Requirements

• Interest in healthcare, aging services, senior living or business operations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments independently and as part of a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Research industry trends, competitors and best practices in senior living and healthcare
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations
• Assist in coordinating project timelines, compiling meeting materials, notes and follow-up action items
• Support process-improvement efforts designed to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Collaborate with other departmental areas in the completion of projects
• Assist with leadership meetings, special events and other projects as assigned
