Marlin Bar Host/Hostess
About The Position
The Marlin Bar Host/Hostess helps bring Tommy Bahama’s island spirit to life by making every guest feel at home. The role requires knowledge of food and beverage menus and of Hospitality Standards, particularly telephone etiquette and guest greetings. The Host/Hostess keeps the host/hostess stand stocked and organized, monitors and replenishes restroom supplies, and helps maintain restroom cleanliness. The position contributes to a team environment focused on sales and service success and helps maintain a clean, safe, professional, and upbeat workplace. Shifts are scheduled according to business needs.
Requirements
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
- Bend, stoop, and kneel frequently.
- Stand routinely for the duration of a shift.
- Safely maneuver equipment and tools including a hand cart, blenders, knives, slicers, wine keys, and other provided work tools.
- Work scheduled shifts determined by business needs.
