Big Human•New York, NY
•$85 - $95•Remote

About The Position

Big Human, a full-service digital product agency, is hiring a Marketing Strategist to own client marketing programs from start to finish and support the agency’s own brand. The role spans clients in areas including cultural institutions, nonprofits, consumer platforms and enterprise B2B. The strategist works closely with the Director of Marketing, who will support their development, and collaborates with clients and internal teammates as needed. The role focuses on defining what success means for each project, setting goals and milestones, estimating and prioritizing work, and keeping clients and teammates aligned. The strategist plans and runs marketing across social, email, content and web, choosing channels based on client goals. AI tools are used to explore ideas, draft and analyze; the strategist is accountable for the quality and accuracy of the final work. This is a fully remote role, with a strong preference for someone in the NYC Tri-State area or able to travel to New York City for coworking days and team gatherings. East Coast hours are required. The salary range is $85,000–$95,000, depending on background.

Requirements
