About The Position

A leading digital streaming network seeks a Marketing Specialist, Paid Media to support paid media campaigns by executing campaign launches, optimizing performance, managing audience targeting, analyzing results, and assisting with media planning across multiple digital advertising channels.

Requirements

1-3 years of media experience within an in-house media team or agency environment.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience with paid media advertising platforms, including search engine marketing (SEM) and mobile advertising platforms.
Understanding of media math and media planning principles.
Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace applications.
Experience using project management tools such as Asana.

Nice To Haves

Experience with mobile measurement platforms (MMPs) is preferred.
Experience in entertainment marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

Upload, schedule, and manage paid media campaigns across digital advertising platforms, with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM) and app marketing campaigns, while supporting campaign administration and execution.
Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, pacing, and benchmarks; analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, generate audience targeting recommendations, and proactively share insights to improve campaign performance.
Update media plans, prepare reports and presentation materials, ensure campaign data accuracy, identify and resolve reporting inconsistencies, and communicate campaign results to internal marketing teams.
Support paid search, app marketing, and brand awareness initiatives by assisting with media planning, campaign project management, and maintaining multi-channel media plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage multiple priorities, execute special projects, and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately in a fast-paced, agile environment.
