The Marketing Representative represents the brand and builds relationships with local insurance agents, property managers, owners, and insurance adjusters to expand the business. The role involves networking, promoting continuing education courses, presenting the company’s services, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a consistent daily route schedule.

Requirements

Proven ability to identify potential customers, engage decision-makers, and nurture a sales pipeline.
A proactive approach to driving business growth and fostering professional connections.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
Understanding of the importance of timely documentation in CRM systems.
Self-discipline, adaptability, and willingness to embrace modern technologies.
A 2-year degree or equivalent experience in sales and marketing.
Minimum age of 18 years.
