About The Position
Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a friendly, outgoing, part-time Wellness Representative for its Fort Lauderdale studio. The role welcomes clients, introduces them to the studio’s services, and helps them choose memberships aligned with their goals and budget. The representative also supports sales and membership goals, lead follow-up, community outreach, social media content, appointment administration, and studio operations. Clinical questions should be referred to the nursing team.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or sales experience.
- Comfort starting conversations, discussing pricing, and taking initiative during quieter shifts.
- In-person availability three to four days per week, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts.

- Experience in wellness, fitness, or membership sales.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, lead studio tours, and introduce core therapies, IV nutrient services, and weight-management options.
- Refer clinical questions to the nursing team.
- Explain membership benefits and savings, invite clients to join, and help meet studio membership and sales goals.
- Contact new leads, follow up with interested guests, and book studio visits during downtime between appointments.
- Connect with local businesses and represent Restore at community events.
- Help plan and film social media reels and post videos on Instagram and Facebook three to four times per week.
- Manage appointments, check clients in and out, and collect payments accurately.
- Follow studio safety, cleaning, opening, and closing procedures.
