About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is a retail provider of alternative health and wellness services. Hyper Wellness Representatives are the face of each Restore location and help deliver a high-quality customer experience. They assist clients with wellness services, explain Restore offerings, and support the day-to-day operation of the location. The role also involves helping create a fun, engaging store culture in line with Restore’s mission, vision, and core values.

Requirements

At least one year of customer service experience in a retail environment.
Passion for health and wellness.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Hold or be working toward a degree in kinesiology, exercise science, personal training, or a related field.
Be willing to work weekends.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and assist them with Restore’s wellness services.
Help clients by phone, return voicemails, and facilitate booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Onboard new clients by completing medical waivers and creating profiles in the point-of-sale system.
Conduct tours and sell service packages and memberships.
Educate clients about Restore services, including medical benefits, precautions, and at-home care.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for guests and employees.
Serve as an expert on Restore products and services.
Represent the brand in alignment with Restore’s core values, mission, vision, and the Hyper Wellness lifestyle.
Help create a fun and engaging store culture where team members are involved, valued, and recognized.
