About The Position

The Marketing Representative engages guests, books tours with the vacation sales team, and provides concierge-style service by recommending local dining and attractions. The role promotes vacation ownership presentations, previews, and mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site owners, guests, and visitors. Compensation is $16.90 per hour plus bonuses governed by a compensation plan; the reasonably expected hourly-plus-commission pay range is $50,000–$85,000 annually.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven sales, sales-related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate computer proficiency and ability to learn.
• Fluency in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of previous experience working in the timeshare industry.
• Thorough understanding of the area and ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.

Responsibilities

• Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews, and sales of mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site owners, guests, and visitors.
• Provide concierge services by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities.
• Distribute approved promotional information and provide excellent customer service while projecting a professional company image.
• Assist with implementing and tracking current and future marketing programs.
