About The Position

TurFresh is a growing artificial turf cleaning and maintenance company serving residential and commercial customers across multiple U.S. markets. Our marketing team includes specialists in content, creative, paid media, SEO, local search, CRM, and automation. We are hiring a Marketing Project Manager to connect those specialties and ensure approved marketing work is planned, completed, published, tracked, and reported accurately. The marketing strategy and specialist capabilities are in place. The opportunity is to make execution more consistent, visible, and accountable. This role owns the delivery process that moves marketing initiatives from approved direction through verified completion. You will manage campaign and project schedules, coordinate contributors, resolve routine delivery issues, perform assigned publishing and quality assurance work, and maintain an accurate record of progress and results. This is not a role for someone who only schedules meetings, sends reminders, or updates task lists. We need someone who takes ownership, recognizes incomplete work, resolves problems independently, and makes sure campaigns and projects reach the finish line correctly. You will not replace our specialists or independently set marketing strategy. Specialists remain accountable for the quality, accuracy, and documentation of their craft. You will own the delivery system: handoffs, schedules, dependencies, readiness, assigned publishing, completion evidence, and reporting preparation.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and operational follow-through, including running multiple workstreams to a fixed date without losing track of dependencies.
  • Demonstrated experience independently delivering marketing campaigns or projects from planning through publication or completion.
  • Hands-on experience with email, social media, website, CMS, or CRM publishing.
  • Practical understanding of campaign quality assurance and tracking requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple contributors, deadlines, and dependencies simultaneously.
  • Strong written communication and professional, assertive follow-up skills.
  • Comfort using spreadsheets and consolidating performance information.
  • Ability to identify inconsistent, incomplete, or unsupported reporting.
  • Sound judgment about what to resolve independently and what to escalate.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of deadlines and business priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with service businesses, multi-location companies, or lead-generation marketing.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as GoHighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or similar tools.
  • Experience coordinating freelancers, agencies, technical vendors, or distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with UTM tracking, forms, lead routing, landing pages, and basic marketing attribution.
  • Experience creating or maintaining campaign checklists, standard operating procedures, and reporting systems.
  • Basic ability to make routine website, email, or landing page changes within established templates.

Responsibilities

  • Turn approved campaign or project direction into an actionable delivery plan with owners, deadlines, dependencies, approval points, and success measures.
  • Manage campaigns and marketing projects from handoff through verified publication or completion and initial performance reporting.
  • Identify missing assets, overdue reviews, conflicting priorities, and delivery risks before they affect launch dates or business outcomes.
  • Resolve routine execution issues directly and escalate material risks with a concise explanation and recommended next step.
  • Maintain clear visibility into what is complete, what remains open, what is blocked, and who owns the next action.
  • Coordinate copy, design, video, landing pages, email, social content, tracking, and other campaign components without absorbing the specialists' craft responsibilities.
  • Perform assigned routine publishing work across approved email, social media, website, CRM, and content platforms.
  • Schedule approved content and campaigns accurately and on time.
  • Make routine website or landing page updates using established templates.
  • Confirm that the correct copy, creative, links, tracking, audiences, and approvals are in place before publication.
  • Verify successful publication and document completion evidence.
  • Use established checklists and the approved brief to review customer-facing materials before launch.
  • Confirm required business, creative, technical, legal, and tracking approvals.
  • Return incomplete submissions for correction rather than moving them forward.
  • Verify links, forms, phone numbers, tracking parameters, formatting, mobile presentation, audiences, and calls to action.
  • Document errors, rework, and recurring breakdowns so the underlying process can be improved.
  • Maintain the marketing calendar, production queue, campaign checklists, approval records, and recurring work schedule.
  • Keep project management systems accurate and current so leadership does not need to reconstruct project status.
  • Organize campaign assets, final versions, supporting documents, and completion evidence.
  • Document repeatable workflows and maintain marketing standard operating procedures.
  • Track vendor and specialist commitments, deadlines, dependencies, and unresolved items.
  • Improve handoffs among marketing, sales, operations, vendors, and technical partners.
  • Collect required performance inputs from specialists and systems.
  • Confirm that reporting periods, definitions, and data sources are consistent.
  • Identify missing data, conflicting figures, unsupported conclusions, and unexplained changes before reporting reaches leadership.
  • Separate completed activity from measurable business results.
  • Verify that work described as complete has supporting evidence.
  • Prepare clear weekly reporting materials for leadership review.
  • Track commitments, owners, deadlines, overdue items, corrective actions, and final outcomes.
