Marketing Project Manager

Plan Left•Nashville, TN

About The Position

The Marketing Project Manager will orchestrate marketing campaigns, coordinate launches, and manage execution across a portfolio of software products, initially focusing on a self-service B2B platform and an enterprise B2B product. Both products use account-based marketing, requiring coordinated execution across web, email, social, and paid advertising. The role reviews and refines project plans and other materials drafted by the company’s software and AI workflows, applies operational judgment to identify bottlenecks, and keeps campaigns and launches on schedule. The position works directly with the founder, VP of Operations, Portfolio Content Marketer, internal teams, agency specialists, and cold email operators. Responsibilities include auditing active campaigns, building launch timelines, coordinating resources and budgets, tracking progress and performance, and providing concise updates to leadership. As the product portfolio grows, the Marketing Project Manager will scale coordination systems to support new product and feature launches. Nashville is preferred, but remote candidates will be considered. Compensation is a competitive salary based on experience, plus performance bonuses.
