About The Position

Taoti Creative is seeking a highly organized Marketing Project Manager to support the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and enjoys bringing structure and momentum to marketing work. You will work closely with designers, strategists, and account leads to keep campaign assets moving from concept to launch. From coordinating creative production to managing schedules and vendors, you will help ensure projects stay organized, on time, and ready for delivery. This role focuses on keeping work moving efficiently through the system, ensuring that creative teams have what they need and that deadlines are consistently met. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, ready to jump in, and excited to be part of fast-moving client work. You should be curious, proactive, and willing to figure things out as you go. Someone who can help turn “impossible” requests into thoughtful solutions, or raise a hand when something doesn’t quite make sense. Someone who’s starting to build confidence in their perspective, open to feedback and new ideas, and developing the judgment to know when to push, when to ask questions, and when to listen.
