The Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Growth leads the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns that drive demand generation across the U.S. & Canada. This role partners closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams—including product marketing, digital, events, and marketing automation—to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns that improve lead quality and pipeline performance. In addition, this position leads and develops a team of marketing associates, ensuring strong execution, accountability, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a more scalable, data-driven demand generation engine.
