The Marketing Campaigns Manager is an experienced individual contributor who partners with Product Marketing to drive growth and revenue through strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns. This role leads the end-to-end development and execution of campaigns that support awareness, acquisition, cross-sell/upsell, and retention objectives. You will manage campaigns from concept through execution, including audience definition, messaging, channel strategy, budgeting, and performance measurement. This role is central to achieving Marketing KPIs and advancing organizational growth through effective campaign strategy, strong cross-functional collaboration, and continuous optimization. Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Campaigns, you will lead complex workflows, deliver integrated campaigns, and develop content and digital assets such as email and landing pages. You will apply market insights, customer data, and performance analytics to maximize ROI. Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke, Montreal or Quebec City office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
