About The Position

The Marketing Operations, Sr. Manager runs the operating system behind DataCore’s revenue engine, owning the martech stack, data, routing, and reporting that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue in a channel-only go-to-market. The role is UK-based and works across EMEA and Americas time zones, partnering with revenue marketing, RevOps, sales, and channel teams. AI is used as a digital co-worker to automate enrichment, quality assurance, and reporting, with clear governance for when AI outputs require human review. The role owns the marketing technology stack and data foundation end to end, establishes shared funnel definitions and channel-aware attribution, and delivers dashboards and reporting for campaign, executive, and board-level decisions. It also leads campaign operations, routing to sellers and partners, ABM and intent-data operations, privacy and consent processes, and documentation and training. Success includes consolidating and integrating the stack, establishing trusted shared reporting, making partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline visible, and putting AI-assisted workflows into production.
