  • Hands-on experience building, configuring, and evaluating AI agents or LLM-based workflows, including prompt iteration and judgment about when outputs require human review.
  • Experience owning campaign execution at portfolio scale, including QA and trade-off decisions across competing requests.
  • Experience scaling impact beyond personal execution through adopted standards, requirements implemented by platform teams, and enablement that improves team capability.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows and drive measurable impact, such as efficiency gains or quality improvements.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing efforts or high-volume audience segments at global scale.

  • SQL fluency or comparable data skills sufficient to validate audiences and independently analyze campaign performance.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and establishing standards where none exist.
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices, including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality and accuracy reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Own campaign execution and execution quality for an assigned business area, from brief through launch, across lifecycle, email, in-product messaging, web, and Meta ads.
  • Use AI as the primary tool for execution work, including build specifications, copy and asset variants, audience logic, and quality assurance.
  • Build, configure, and test AI agents that execute campaign workflows; own the area's automation roadmap and report results in turnaround time, cost, and error rate.
  • Pilot new delivery capabilities, define correct execution, and develop evaluation rubrics for agents.
  • Advise partners at the brief stage on execution feasibility and cost, and translate execution learnings into platform requirements.
  • Raise the team's AI capability through documentation, enablement, and coaching.
  • Continuously streamline execution processes, including working with XFNs if needed to automate handoffs.
