About The Position

Celigo is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the hands-on execution of their demand generation efforts. This role involves owning the webinar program from start to finish, ensuring demo request conversion, and maintaining efficient and accurate lead routing for the sales team. The position requires daily use of HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign execution, list processing, quality assurance, and reporting. The Marketing Operations Manager will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and collaborate closely with demand generation, content, SDRs, and rev ops teams.

Requirements

  • A hands-on builder comfortable working inside marketing automation tools daily.
  • Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines without losing detail.
  • A curious troubleshooter who can identify the root cause of issues.
  • Clear communicator who documents their work.
  • 3–5 years in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or campaign operations.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments preferred.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience required, including workflows, forms, lists, landing pages, and email builds.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and the HubSpot–Salesforce sync.
  • Experience running a webinar program on a dedicated platform (Sequel, Goldcast, Zoom Webinars or Similar).

  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for list preparation and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage webinars end-to-end, including registration pages, forms, reminder and follow-up emails, on-the-day production support, and post-event lead processing.
  • Own the webinar build calendar and manage timelines with content, demand generation, and speakers.
  • Process registrant and attendee lists with correct source attribution, campaign membership, and engagement stamping.
  • Report on webinar registration, attendance, and downstream pipeline.
  • Own the demo request path end to end, including forms, landing pages, confirmation, and scheduling flows.
  • Be accountable for demo request conversion rate; run A/B tests on forms, CTAs, and follow-up cadences and act on results.
  • Work with SDRs on speed to lead, identifying and fixing drop-offs, failed submissions, and broken handoffs.
  • Ensure demo routing, notifications, and response SLAs function as intended.
  • Build and maintain lead routing rules in HubSpot and LeanData, including assignment, round robin, and territory logic.
  • Maintain lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and MQL handoff logic, and perform regular QA.
  • Troubleshoot routing misfires, HubSpot–Salesforce sync errors, and duplicate records.
  • Document routing logic and maintain runbooks to ensure team knowledge continuity.
  • Build the emails, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows for campaign execution.
  • Run list uploads, imports, and enrichment with correct formatting, deduplication, and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Maintain database cleanliness, including deduplication, value normalization, and fixing field mapping issues.
  • Perform QA on all campaigns before and after they go live.
  • Build and maintain campaign, webinar, and funnel conversion dashboards.
  • Pull ad hoc reports for marketing and sales stakeholders.
  • Flag anomalies in volumes, conversion rates, and routing proactively.
