About The Position

Explorance is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join their dynamic global marketing team. This role will be instrumental in scaling marketing efforts worldwide. The position involves overseeing operations across internal and external platforms, projects, and events. Key responsibilities include optimizing marketing processes, managing marketing technology and analytics, and enabling marketing teams to execute campaigns effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, campaign management experience, and a strong understanding of the marketing funnel and core operating principles. This role serves as a crucial link between global and local marketing teams, product marketing, and in-house creatives, ensuring marketing and communications efforts reach the right audiences across regions to drive business results.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and CRM system management.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Zoho CRM.
  • Experience in B2B sales and marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience managing projects and assignments independently.
  • Experience successfully collaborating across teams and geographies.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Must be a Montreal (or surroundings) resident.
  • Must be interested in being part of a vibrant and highly engaged at-the-office culture.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance marketing operations to facilitate lead generation, nurturing programs, and effective reporting.
  • Develop, optimize, and execute marketing database strategies focused on growth, segmentation, and data completeness.
  • Design targeted marketing programs for prospects generated through global campaigns to support local activation and ensure consistency across all marketing campaigns.
  • Use tangible measurements of business outcomes to inform campaign strategies and optimization, including delivering monthly and quarterly ROI reports.
  • Provide ongoing analysis reports for global marketing campaigns, monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on initiative status, ROI, client acquisition, and nurturing.
  • Create regular reports and dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
  • Support localized commercial goals and marketing teams with reporting that aligns marketing performance with business growth.
  • Manage the daily operations of HubSpot, including syncing with Zoho CRM, to optimize processes and ensure continuous improvement and consistent use.
  • Own marketing reporting dashboards and reports, overseeing the management and integrity of marketing data.
  • Lead monthly results data, meeting preparation, and reporting templates for marketing team meetings, reviewing KPIs such as SQLs and pipeline.
  • Support the marketing team with Cvent for event management.
  • Lead logistics for the flagship conference, Explorance World.
  • Manage end-to-end campaigns for all global marketing awareness and engagement initiatives, focusing on enhancing campaign reporting, evaluation, and lead nurturing.
