About The Position

Reunion is seeking a Marketing Manager to manage and enhance their marketing operations from end to end. This role involves executing campaigns, organizing webinars, maintaining the website, coordinating event presence, and managing distribution channels for both corporate tax credit buyers and clean energy developers and manufacturers. It is a high-ownership position for a versatile individual who will manage a broad scope of responsibilities, with support from internal design and web resources, as well as external agencies. The Marketing Manager will report to and collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, founders, and key team members in sales, product, and transactions, taking projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision. This is a significant opportunity for growth, offering a steep learning curve and high upside for someone aspiring to lead the marketing function in the future.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on marketing execution experience, including personal ownership of campaigns, channels, and events.
  • Strong, fast, and accurate writing skills, capable of transforming expert input and data into clear copy for email, social media, and campaigns, and taking the initial pass at longer content pieces.
  • A good eye for design and brand consistency.
  • Marketing operations depth, with fluency in CRM platforms as a builder/administrator.
  • Experience operating multi-channel marketing efforts (email, SEO, webinars, social, events, website) simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly and deliver reliably.
  • Analytics fluency, including the ability to pull and interpret funnel, web, and campaign data, create dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • An AI-native work style, automating repetitive tasks to focus on judgment calls.

  • Background in clean energy, tax, climate, or B2B fintech.

Responsibilities

  • Run campaigns and email marketing, including building and sending market digests, nurtures, webinar promotions, and announcements in HubSpot.
  • Own the content calendar, production, testing, and results for marketing communications, ensuring a consistent cadence across different audiences.
  • Produce and manage both offline and online events, including webinars and conferences, handling registration, materials, panelist coordination, promotion, and follow-up.
  • Oversee SEO and organic growth by managing the SEO agency, developing a tax-credit keyword strategy, creating long-form guides, and increasing organic search traffic.
  • Drive social media and content distribution, managing Reunion's LinkedIn presence and company channels, coordinating employee engagement, and ensuring content receives adequate distribution.
  • Manage the company website, including publishing posts, updating marketing content, and ensuring brand consistency, in collaboration with design and web resources using Webflow.
  • Create long-form content by contributing actively as a writer and managing the production process to ensure timely delivery.
  • Own marketing operations and analytics, maintaining the HubSpot CRM, building performance dashboards, and reporting on key metrics to the team.
