About The Position

Solstice is redefining how life sciences organizations commercialize their therapeutics by building a commercial engine that allows pharmaceutical marketers to launch campaigns at 100x the speed. We are looking for the first Marketing Hire at a fast-growing health tech start-up. This role involves executing day-to-day marketing activities across channels including content, digital, and campaigns, supporting the development of messaging and brand materials, and working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to drive lead generation and engagement. The position also includes assisting in launching and managing campaigns, tracking performance, creating content, organizing events, and monitoring market trends. The company has experienced rapid growth, is working with top life sciences manufacturers and over 50+ pharma brands, and is at the forefront of AI technology, experimenting with LLMs and new frameworks. Solstice is backed by top-tier investors and is seeking individuals with commitment, dedication, and the drive to prove others wrong.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology environments
  • Hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and willingness to learn data-driven approaches
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and get involved where needed
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries
  • Background in scaling marketing functions at early-stage or venture-backed startups
  • Familiarity with AI-driven products, SaaS marketing, or content platforms
  • Understanding of regulated industry environments and workflows (e.g., compliance, review processes)

Responsibilities

  • Execute day-to-day marketing activities across channels including content, digital, and campaigns
  • Support the development of messaging and brand materials to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to help drive lead generation and engagement
  • Assist in launching and managing campaigns, tracking performance and making improvements where needed
  • Create and coordinate content such as social posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials
  • Help organise and support events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support ongoing marketing efforts
