About The Position

AppDirect is seeking a Marketing Manager to serve as the primary marketing referent for its subsidiary, Firstbase. This role involves translating business unit strategy into integrated marketing plans and driving execution to achieve measurable business results. The position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring one day per week onsite and four days remote. This is an individual contributor role, not a leadership position.

Requirements

5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, telecom, or services
Experience owning marketing strategy for a product line, BU, or revenue segment
Strong understanding of direct and/or channel go-to-market models
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline impact
Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
Ability to balance autonomy with cross-functional collaboration
Comfort presenting performance insights and recommendations
Ownership mindset with strong business acumen
Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline day-to-day workflows
Advanced understanding of marketing KPIs, funnel metrics, and pipeline reporting
Experience designing and executing A/B tests and performance experiments

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated annual and quarterly marketing plans
Own campaign strategy across digital, events, content, and enablement
Lead product launches and go-to-market initiatives
Establish campaign KPIs and measure performance against pipeline and revenue goals
Translate business priorities into marketing programs with clear ROI expectations
Manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously
Oversee external contractors or agency partners when applicable
Identify cross-sell and shared GTM opportunities across the portfolio
Present marketing results and insights to BU stakeholders
Continuously refine programs based on performance data and Voice of Customer insights
