About The Position

Responsibilities Develop and execute dealership marketing campaigns and events. Manage social media, digital ads, and website updates. Create engaging content that highlights the Harley-Davidson experience. Build partnerships with community organizations and media outlets. Track campaign performance and report results to management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, automotive, or powersports industries. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools. Strong creative, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to plan and execute large-scale events with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI. Familiarity with Harley-Davidson culture and customers preferred. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement preferred.
