Requirements

  • 8–10 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, technology, UCaaS, or telecommunications.
  • A track record of running integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong foundation in demand generation, content marketing, campaign management, and sales enablement.
  • Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A self-starter mindset — comfortable leading initiatives, managing multiple priorities, and working with senior leadership.
  • Sharp written and verbal communication skills, strong judgment, and proficiency with the MS Office suite

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute global integrated, multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, social, events, ABM) that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue across Enterprise and SMB segments.
  • Own global campaign planning, calendars, reporting, and optimization — using data to continuously improve results.
  • Partner with sales to deliver enablement content, sharpen lead follow-up, and boost conversion.
  • Drive content strategy and production — blogs, case studies, videos, eBooks, web content, and more — with consistent, compelling and elevated messaging.
  • Support product launches and translate product capabilities into compelling, customer-focused messaging.
  • Build co-marketing programs and enablement with channel and technology partners.
  • Lead field marketing efforts: trade shows, conferences, and customer events that deliver real pipeline.
  • Partner with revenue operations to track funnel performance, maintain dashboards, and manage marketing vendors and budget.
