The Marketing Manager will develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer/market feedback. This role involves executing marketing plans, including launching new innovations in collaboration with the water platform team and working with regions to execute these launches. The manager will be responsible for executing activities related to managing the performance of the existing offering portfolio, ensuring accurate representation of Ecolab regarding product-specific regulations and information, and developing compelling marketing materials, case studies, and trainings to support the sales team. The role also includes leading integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging cross-functional groups to couple customer needs with technology capabilities, and tracking/reporting on key application performance metrics. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will work with PLM to determine and execute effective solutions for product-related issues such as forecasting product sales, resolving product supply issues, and coordinating alternative solutions.
