About The Position

Entreprenista is a leading media company and home to the Entreprenista League, our vibrant membership community designed to support and empower ambitious women founders and leaders. From strategic partnerships with best in class business solutions to thoughtfully curated networking and educational events that spark meaningful business connections, Entreprenista is the go-to resource for women looking to grow and scale their business with purpose. We've created true business magic inside the Entreprenista League. A loyal, growing community of women founders, a podcast network, a national awards program, in-person retreats, and a membership community that’s growing quickly. What we need now is someone to own the marketing operations behind all of it. This is an execution role. We have created a strategy that you will need to follow and execute. We're looking for the marketer who makes marketing actually happen, day in and day out. You'll own all the moving pieces. You'll own the calendar, run the projects, build and manage our email campaigns and automations, and keep the systems clean and running. You'll also own the analytics: tracking how our marketing is actually performing, pulling the numbers, and being able to speak to what's working and what isn't. When we have an email promotion going out or a new campaign or funnel to launch, you're the one who loads it, tests it, and brings it to life, on time and executed with perfection. If you're a marketing operator who loves owning the details and watching things run because you built and executed the the system behind them, this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • A track record of owning marketing operations or project management in a fast-moving environment. Ability to point to projects kept on the rails and explain how.
  • A preference for execution over brainstorming; driven by the satisfaction of getting things done.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to managing details.
  • Technical and systems-minded; ability to learn new tools quickly and understand how they connect.
  • Data-obsessed; energized by metrics, reporting, and accountability.
  • Strong, resourceful problem solver comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to move fast and communicate well, keeping everyone aligned proactively.
  • Awareness of the latest AI tools and their application for speed and efficiency; commitment to working smarter.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo, Go High Level, Demio (Email and automation)
  • Hands-on experience with Leadpages, SamCart (Pages and checkout)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio (Analytics and reporting)
  • Hands-on experience with Zapier (Workflow and integrations)
  • Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday (or similar) (Project management)
  • Experience serving founders, creators, or small business communities
  • Experience with Instagram, Many Chat, DM automations (Social Media)

Responsibilities

  • On-time execution, as the person who owns it.
  • Keep the marketing calendar, run project management across campaigns, content, events, and launches, and make sure every initiative goes out when it's supposed to. Be the one who sees the whole board: what's happening, when, and who owns it.
  • Improve and maintain our dashboards and KPI reporting, keeping them accurate and current so decisions get made on real numbers instead of guesses. Pull the data, make sense of it, and bring it to leadership with a clear read on what's working and what is not.
  • Build and manage email campaigns and marketing automations, load and QA everything before it goes live, and make sure our systems stay clean, documented, and scalable. Notice and fix when something breaks or a tool isn't talking to another tool.
  • Work alongside our advertising specialist and other contractors, and own the coordination: timelines, communication, handoffs, follow-through. Ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Spot bottlenecks before they become delays, solve operational problems without waiting to be told, and turn the things we do well into documented, repeatable processes the whole team can rely on.

Benefits

  • Compensation is competitive and performance-aware, built to reward the person who keeps marketing running.
  • A rare seat where your impact is measurable and seen.
  • Own your domain and build the systems your way.
  • Work closely with leadership instead of being buried under it.
  • Be inside one of the most connected communities of women founders in the country.
