The Marketing Manager will develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer/market feedback. They will execute marketing plans, including launching new innovations in collaboration with the water platform team and working with regions to execute these launches. The role is responsible for executing activities related to managing the performance of the existing offering portfolio, ensuring accurate representation of Ecolab regarding product-specific regulations and information, and developing compelling marketing materials, case studies, and trainings to support the sales team. The Marketing Manager will lead integrated marketing campaigns, including trade shows, leverage cross-functional groups to couple knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities, and track and report on key application performance metrics, taking corrective action as required. Additionally, they will work with PLM to determine and execute effective solutions for product-related issues such as forecasting product sales, resolving product supply issues, and coordinating alternative solutions.
