The Marketing Manager II is responsible for generating enrollments for all B2B and B2C customer segments through profitable investments in all channels. This role is a critical member of the Marketing team and will work closely with marketing operations, creative, brand, and Content, and various agencies to continuously improve enrollments performance. Build and execute comprehensive B2C and B2B marketing plan including paid media, organic, and social. Develop B2C go-to-market plans to support product releases and launches. Maintain budgets, campaign performance, return on investment, and other channel metrics. Drive end-to-end quarterly media planning, budgeting, and lead & pipeline forecasts for your channels. Partner with the marketing team to build reporting capabilities, refine the brand positioning, develop breakthrough creative, and improve processes and tools. Design and execute various methods for customer research and customer insights. Diversify media mix by launching newly onboarded vendors and help to research new vendors/ platforms. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, technology, and operations to continuously improve enrollments volume. Additional Responsibilities: Able to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and protection and data loss prevention Regular and predictable attendance is required. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
