The Marketing Manager will develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer/market feedback. This role involves executing marketing plans, including launching new innovations in collaboration with the water platform team and working with regions to execute these launches. The manager will be responsible for executing activities related to managing the performance of the existing offering portfolio and ensuring accurate representation of Ecolab to the community regarding product-specific regulations and information. Additionally, the role includes developing compelling marketing materials, case studies, and trainings to support the sales team, leading integrated marketing campaigns (including trade shows), and leveraging cross-functional groups to couple knowledge of customer needs with existing and future technology capabilities. The Marketing Manager will also track and report on key application performance metrics, taking corrective action as required, and work with PLM to determine and execute effective solutions for product-related issues such as forecasting product sales, resolving product supply issues, and coordinating alternative solutions.
