About The Position

Onyx+East is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our Indiana, Ohio, and Florida markets. This role oversees day-to-day marketing operations, digital communications, vendor coordination, and community marketing efforts while collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing & Design. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and has a passion for real estate, homebuilding, branding, and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, homebuilding, development, or a related industry.
  • Experience managing email marketing platforms and website content management systems.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools such as Visme, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, reporting, and digital advertising concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional work.

Nice To Haves

  • Residential new construction experience is a plus.
  • Graphic design capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns for Indiana and Ohio markets while overseeing campaign deployment and coordination for Florida communities.
  • Maintain and update company website, ensuring content remains accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Provide support to sales teams as needed for listing updates across various online platforms.
  • Assist the Director of Marketing & Design with advertising initiatives and regularly review campaign analytics, performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Research emerging marketing technologies, tools, and trends to support strategic initiatives.
  • Support event planning and coordination across markets.
  • Develop and coordinate community blogs, company news articles, and press releases in partnership with SEO and PR agencies.
  • Coordinate the development and production of marketing collateral with external creative partners.
  • Maintain and update internal marketing templates, presentations, and sales materials using platforms such as Visme.
  • Manage relationships with print vendors and oversee collateral production for Indiana and Ohio markets while overseeing Florida collateral.
  • Coordinate community signage design, production, and installation across all markets.
  • Support brand consistency across all customer-facing materials and communications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and realtor partners to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Coordinate marketing partnerships, events, and promotional opportunities within key markets.
