As Marketing Manager, Supplemental Insurance Solutions, you will own demand generation strategy and execution across multiple channels, ensuring marketing investment translates directly into qualified leads and sales performance. You’ll lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, direct mail, seminars, and partner programs while owning how campaigns come to life--from messaging and creative direction to lead flow and conversion. This role requires a strong operator--someone who can manage budgets, analyze performance data, optimize conversion, and continuously improve how leads are generated, routed, and converted. You’ll be at the forefront of these growth initiatives, helping shape how new products are brought to market and scaled across distribution channels. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • Experience managing direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns and lead generation programs.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., HubSpot).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries and familiarity with seminar-based or call center-driven sales models.

Responsibilities

  • Executing marketing strategies and go-to-market plans to support the launch and growth of supplemental insurance products across multiple sales channels.
  • Managing lead generation campaigns across digital, direct mail, seminars/events, and partner programs to drive qualified prospect acquisition.
  • Overseeing lead management processes including intake, qualification, routing, and optimization to ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales teams.
  • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance using metrics such as cost-per-lead, cost-per-sale, acquisition cost, and return on marketing investment.
  • Analyzing performance data--including conversion rates, RSVP/show rates, and revenue attribution—to inform campaign optimization and budget allocation decisions.
  • Directing the development of marketing creative by providing clear guidance and feedback on messaging and materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and campaign objectives.
